Meadow mill athletic club (mmac) is a 40,000 square foot, full fitness gym, and the largest commercial squash facility in the united states housing fourteen single  (international) and two (american) doubles squash courts.

We offer a full-group fitness schedule for adults, classes for senior citizens and numerous programs for our toddler and junior members.
